Terms of Use

Version 2026-08-15. These terms apply to beta access requests and to the Iris demonstration.

Zephyria is operated by Zia Labs (“we”, “us”). By requesting beta access, or by using a demonstration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form and do not use the demonstration.

What Zephyria is right now

Zephyria is pre-release software offered for evaluation. It is provided as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Features described on this site are labelled live, built, or in design, and a label of built or in design means the feature is not available to you today. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time, including during a session.

Not professional advice

Iris is an AI assistant. Nothing she says is medical, clinical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and nothing she says may be relied on for any decision about a person’s health, treatment, medication or care. She can be confidently wrong. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not use Zephyria for anything urgent or safety-critical.

Do not share sensitive information

Do not provide protected health information, government identifiers, payment card numbers, credentials, or any other sensitive personal data to Iris or through the beta request form. The demonstration is not a treatment relationship, not a covered transaction, and is not offered under any business associate agreement. If you tell us something sensitive anyway, we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, but you should not send it in the first place.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zephyria to break the law; to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data, or anyone else’s; to probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written permission; to extract or reverse-engineer models, prompts or system instructions; to resell or provide the service to third parties; or to generate content that is unlawful or that would cause harm to others.

We may end a session, refuse a request, or withdraw access at any time and without notice. Sessions are time-limited and rate-limited.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to request access or to use a demonstration. Zephyria is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

What you say, and what we own

What you say to Iris remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use demonstration conversations to train models. The software, the site, our models’ configuration, and the Zephyria, Iris, Zeus and Amelia names remain ours.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve the product without obligation to you. We will not identify you as the source without asking first.

Beta access is not a promise

Submitting the form is a request, not an enrollment. We may decline it, and we may never open a seat. Nothing on this site is an offer, and pricing described anywhere on this site is indicative and not final until stated in writing to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Zephyria. Our total liability for any claim relating to the beta or a demonstration is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time. Email hello@zephyria.ai and we will delete your beta request and the contact details attached to it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page identify the text in force, and the version you agreed to is recorded with your request. Material changes will be reflected in a new version.
